The Triumph 800 range is powered by a liquid cooled 3 cylinder 800cc engine. The power output is a healthy 94bhp at 9500rpm and 79Nm at 8050rpm. The powered is channeled to the rear wheel via a 6-speed manual transmission. Shifts are smooth thanks to the wet multi plate clutch.

Although in terms of equipment, the stock BMW isn’t at par with the Tiger. A lot of kit which is standard on the Tiger is optional on the F 850 GS. For example, features like cruise control, heated grips, pro riding modes and LED lighting are part of optional kits on the Beemer.
