It pays tribute to the 125cc 2-stroke RE/WD 125 ‘Flying Flea’ machines that were used by the British military as paratrooper motorcycles during World War II. Online bookings for the Classic 500 Pegasus Edition will begin on July 10. Here’s the link for registrations and bookings.

This bike derives its roots from the Flying Flea and Royal Enfield’s military heritage. The bike is priced at Rs 4.57 lakh (on-road) in UK and bookings will commence in July 2018. Mechanically the motorcycle remains unchanged. You also get a pair of canvas panniers, a helmet and a Pegasus collection t-shirt at no additional cost.  A full range of apparel and motorcycle accessories inspired by the Pegasus Edition will also be available.
