Ducati has showcased the Hypermotard RVE which will sit between the standard and SP variant in the supermoto range. The Hypermotard 950 RVE is characterized by a livery called " that is inspired by street art. The bike builds on the success achieved in 2019, especially on social media, by the Hypermotard 950 Concept presented at the prestigious Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este.

Ducati has paid a lot of attention to detail and the painting phase has been focused upon employing highly skilled labour usage of low thickness decals. The end result is a stunning looking motorcycle that features bodywork resembling an airbrushed painting. Not only graphics, but also a standard equipment upgrade for this new version. The electronic package of the Hypermotard 950 RVE now gets a bi-directional quick shifter alongside IMU-based cornering ABS, traction control and wheelie control.

The Hypermotard 950 RVE is powered by the twin-cylinder 937 cc Testastretta 11 engine, which with its 112bhp at 9,000 rpm and 96N m of torque, of which over 80 per cent is already available at 3,000 rpm.

At the top of the Hypermotard 950 range is the Hypermotard 950 SP with racing graphics and Öhlins suspension with increased travel along with Marchesini forged rims We only get th e standard Hypermotard 950 in India for now which is priced at Rs 11.99 lakh, ex-showroom, pan India. Ducati hasn’t launched the SP variant as of yet owing to low demand for the Hypermotard. Being a very niche product, the Hypermotard has very limited buyers in the country, unlike the Multistrada range that has been doing really well for Ducati along with the ever-popular Scrambler range.
