Ducati Diavel Diesel deliveries begin in India

Ducati has begun the deliveries of the Diavel Diesel in India. The model exclusive to only 666 units worldwide, is made in collaboration with the famous Italian fashion brand – Diesel.

Designed on a post-apocalyptic theme, the Diavel Diesel features a hand-brushed stainless steel superstructure with visible welding and rivets, red accents on the air intake covers, front brake calipers and LCD dashboard, and black Zircotec ceramic coating on the exhaust pipes.

“The Diavel family has been one of the bestsellers in our portfolio. The Ducati Diavel Diesel is a very special motorcycle that exemplifies craftsmanship and style in every detail,” said Sergi Canovas Garriga, Managing Director, Ducati India. “Our dealers have seen a lot of interest in this limited edition motorcycle and deliveries have started in India.”

Mechanically the bike remains the same, it gets the same Testastretta DS motor that pumps out 150bhp of power and gets ABS and traction control as standard.

Ducati launched the Diavel Diesel in India at a price of Rs 19.92 lakh earlier this year but with GST coming into effect the price has raised to Rs 21.72 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Ducati Diavel Diesel is available at Ducati dealerships in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kochi and Kolkata.
