Bajaj discontinues Pulsar 135 LS

Bajaj has discontinued the Pulsar 135 LS for the Indian market, due to its consistent low demand. However the motorcycle will be sold in international markets. The Pulsar range now starts with the 150, which is priced at Rs 73,626 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Pulsar 135 LS was introduced for the people who wanted a sporty commuter over the 125cc bikes. It received a number of updates since its launch in 2009, but that didn’t set the cash registers ringing. The motorcycle is not in stock and the dealerships too are not taking any bookings for the same. The growing popularity of other 125cc motorcycles in the market has made the 135 LS obsolete, the pricing too being close to the ballpark of 150cc motorcycles.
