Hero MotoCorp revealed the Xpulse concept, at the EICMA 2017, amidst all the hype and anticipation. The Delhi based motorcycle maker has clearly targeted the adventure motorcycling segment at the unveiling in Milan.

In terms of styling, the Xpulse looks fresh and exciting in its concept guise. The matt finish green colour tank with graphics all over, LED head lamps, fly screen, white paint scheme on the mudguard, leg guard and side panels along with the auxiliary lamps on the leg guards give it a sporty appeal. The concept is displayed with touring kit on both sides along with a saddle bag, showing its intention as an adventure tourer. The concept motorcycle comes with fuel injection but Hero hasn’t revealed the details of the engine yet. The Xpulse is equipped with a long travel front suspension and monoshock at the rear. It features disc brakes at the front and back along with the Metzeller tyres.

Hero MotoCorp has extensively used its Dakar experience to develop the Xpulse. The old Impulse didn’t do well when it was launched in 2011 but the market has changed quite a lot since then and Hero might have a winner here with the Xpulse. The Xpulse will most likely be present at the Hero pavilion in the 2018 Auto expo as well. Hero might launch the Xpulse in India sometime in 2018.
