Ducati launches Diavel Diesel in India

Team Fast Bikes

A merging of two colossal Italian brands – the Ducati Diavel Diesel has been launched in the country. The bike was officially unveiled at the 2017 Milan Men’s Fashion Week earlier this year. The exclusive avatar is collaboration between the Ducati Design Center and Andrea Rosso, Diesel Licensing Creative Director.

The Diavel Diesel adorns a special hand-brushed stainless steel superstructure which gives off a rustic appeal with visible welding and rivets. The same encompasses the tank cover, front cowl and passenger saddle cover. The seat covers are made from premium grade leather on which the three D (Ducati, Diavel and Diesel) motif comes imprinted. The mechanicals of the same are unchanged with the 162hp Testastretta 11 deg DS engine powering the motorcycle.

The production of the bike is limited to 666 units and so is the merchandise designed for the same by Diesel.  To get your hands on one, you will need to shell out Rs. 19.92 lakhs, ex-showroom Delhi and do that soon enough.

“A perfect amalgamation of Ducati’s signature design, safety and performance and Diesel’s craftsmanship and style, the Diavel Diesel is unique in every sense” said Ducati India Managing Director Ravi Avalur. “With our collaboration with Diesel we’ve widened the potential interest in this limited edition motorcycle beyond the world of motorcycle connoisseurs to fashion and design aesthetes.”
