Bajaj set to revive the Pulsar NS200 for 2017

After their strategic alliance with Austrian manufacturer KTM, Bajaj revealed their future intentions for the Pulsar range with the NS200 which was a giant leap in technological updates for the Indian manufacturer. Sadly the bike missed out on overturning the aura that the KTM 200 Duke had created over the space of the few months prior to its launch. Bajaj ultimately decided to pull the plug on the NS after the launch of the RS200 and the AS200.

However Bajaj has sought to give the naked another shot with the new range of 2017 Pulsars to be launched at the end of the month. While we don’t expect a host of changes for the said same bike, we are sure that the bike will receive a fresh graphics update as is slightly visible in the teaser image revealed on their social page, especially the number 200 now receiving more prominence. Also the new NS200 gets a belly-pan which is a minor visual update over its previous edition.

The bike may not receive fuel-injection like its RS sibling but hopefully the single-channel ABS system will be carried over from the fully-faired variant. The engine output will primarily remain the same but will be complaint with the new BS IV emission norms.
