Guy Martin claims he has some unfinished business with motorcycling as he teams up with the legendary 23 times TT winner John McGuinness for the Honda Racing team as they will pilot the new CBR 1000RR Fireblade SP2.

A truck mechanic by profession, Guy Martin debuted in 1998 with road races and made the prestigious Isle man of TT debut way back in 2004. He earned 15 podium finishes till 2015 where he left the series after breaking his back for the second time. Guy shifted his focus to mountain biking to compete in the North West 200 in 2016 and hence took a sabbatical from TT racing. As the elusive TT victory still remains in sight.

Martin attempted the Wall of Death with the Indian Scout wherein he broke the previous claimed record of 112kmph to set a new record of 125.77kmph. He was all set to help Triumph break their land speed record at the Bonneville Salt Flats as well but due to certain complications with machine and weather, the attempt was foiled.

Guy sets his sights on winning his first TT at the island which kicks off on May 27.
